The Daily Mile

Eliud Kipchoge is an Ambassador of The Daily Mile, a free and simple initiative for schools which helps improve the social, emotional and mental health and wellbeing of children as well as their fitness. Accompanied by their teacher, every child goes outside for just 15 minutes every day to run or jog, at their own pace, with their classmates – everyone is involved.
